Memorial Day Parade
Potter Valley Youth and Community Center is the proud sponsor of the Memorial Day Rodeo Parade. The theme for this year's parade is Nautical! This year it will be held on May 25, 2013 which marks the 67th Annual Rodeo Weekend!
There are 15 categories: Autos, Band, Business/Commercial, Cart/Bicycle, Costumed Horse (Jr and Sr.), Fire Department/CDF, Horse Drawn Vehicle, Marching Group, Mounted Group, Non-competitive, Pet Parade, Tractor/Mower, Working Cowboy, Working Cowgirl and Wee-ones (8 years and under), and other.
First Place Float will receive a trophy and $75. Second Place Float will receive a trophy and $50. ‘Best Theme’ will be given a trophy and $50. There will also be prizes for First Place Animal Category and Other Motor Vehicle category.
Pre-registration fee is $10; if registering day of, the fee will be $15. For commercial entries the cost is $20. Download the PDF file of the registration form, fill out and mail to:
