PVYCC provides FREE transportation to and from medical and dental appointments. If you or someone you know needs transportation please call the center at 743-1789 and a staff member will assist you.
Please provide the date and time of the appointment, the address for pick up and drop off, name of the person needing transportation and the location of the the appointment.
